My client is a global leader in their industry. They are dedicated to delivering top-notch products and services to customers. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager/Key Account Manager to join the growing team and drive sales within the retail space while managing sales representatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the retail sector.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
