We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Review Specialist or Certified Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating basic contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to collaborate with various internal departments while communicating negotiation terms with clients to facilitate smooth contract processing. This position will report directly to the Project Operations Manager.


Essential Duties

  • Review and assess the legal terms and conditions of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues within contracts.
  • Support the drafting and revision of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, procurement, sales, etc.) to ensure all contract requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and legal documents in the company’s contract management system.
  • Track contract status and ensure timely execution of documents.
  • Assist in negotiating contract terms under the guidance of senior staff or legal team.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
  • Provide administrative support as needed for the contract review process.
  • Follow and abide by the DMA employee code of conduct and safety manual.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to take direction and function independently with limited supervision
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Participate and become an active part of the DMA team through active listening and open communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.) and Document Control Management Software


Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of legal concepts related to contracts and agreements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in contract language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems is a plus.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in contract review, legal administration, or a related role.
