Position Details:


We are seeking an experienced SAP PMO Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of SAP projects by providing administrative and organizational support to the Project Management Office (PMO). You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking project progress, and ensuring adherence to project methodologies and best practices.


Responsibilities:

Project Administration:

Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and meeting minutes.

Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify potential roadblocks.

Prepare and distribute project reports to stakeholders.

Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.

Manage project budgets and track project expenditures.

PMO Support:

Assist in the development and maintenance of PMO processes and procedures.

Maintain the PMO library of templates, tools, and best practices.

Provide training and support to project managers on PMO processes and tools.

Collect and analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and sponsors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Resolve stakeholder issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Risk Management:

Assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks.

Track and monitor the status of risk mitigation plans.

Change Management:

Support the implementation of change requests within the project.

Communicate change impacts to stakeholders.


Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as a PMO Administrator or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.

Experience with SAP projects preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and 1 as part of a team


Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
