THEVOZ & Partners, Law Firm, PLLC is an international, boutique law firm with locations in the United States (NYC, Austin, and Honolulu) and Switzerland, specializing in international tax law, corporate law, probate, trusts and estate litigation, corporate dissolutions, and general civil & business litigation.


For our Honolulu office, we are looking for a full-time junior litigation associate attorney.  


Responsibilities:

  • Draft and proofread discovery documents, pleadings, and motions;
  • Legal research;
  • Communicate with clients, third parties, court personnel, co-counsel, and opposing counsel;
  • Attend and assist with preparation for meetings, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials;
  • Review and prepare all types of case-related documents.


Requirements:

  • Admission to Hawai’i State Bar;
  • Minimum 2-3 years litigation experience;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Good command of IT tools (MS Office, Outlook, Zoom);
  • Ability to be a self-starter;
  • Sound integrity.
