  • Lead the planning and implementation of assigned projects.

  • Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan.
  • Oversee project budgets and ensure alignment with financial goals.

  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Generate submittals, and purchase orders, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Oversee Shop Drawing Submittals, RFIs, ASIs, and more.


Requirements:

  • Qualification in project management or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of both theoretical and practical project management principles.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Word, Excel, Explorer, Vista, Outlook).
  • Direct work experience in project management is required.
