Afin de compléter notre équipe F&B, nous recherchons un(e) :

Director of Guest F&B H/F

Vos principales responsabilités seront :

  1. Accueillir nos clients dès leur arrivée que ce soit dans le Lobby ou dans nos différents points de vente.
  2. Représenter la Direction à l'accueil en développant le relationnel avec nos clients, de manière à connaitre leurs préférences et habitudes, et à développer une relation de confiance.
  3. Faciliter le parcours client (placement à table, rendez-vous au Spa, visite de chambres...)
  4. Développer et fidéliser notre clientèle.
  5. Promouvoir toutes les prestations au sein de l'hôtel.
  6. Tout mettre en œuvre pour satisfaire les demandes de nos clients en effectuant l'interface avec tous les autres services de l'hôtel.
  7. Gérer les plaintes de nos clients en coordination avec le chef de service et la Direction de l'hôtel.
  8. Faire le suivi de résolution des plaintes et renseigner ces informations dans l'outil informatique dédié pour une bonne communication avec l'ensemble de l'hôtel.
  9. Veiller à la qualité des services et des prestations offerts à nos clients.
  10. Participer à la représentation de la Direction en son absence ou lors duty.
  11. Suivre attentivement les résultats qualitatifs des différents points de vente.
  12. Définir et mettre place des actions d'amélioration avec la Direction.
  13. Coordonner la préparation des évènements organisés pour nos clients dans les points de vente, en lien avec le service Commercial et les équipes opérationnelles.

Profil recherché :

  1. Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école hôtelière / CFC spécialiste en hôtellerie / BTS Hôtellerie.
  2. Vous justifiez de 3 à 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle sur une fonction similaire idéalement acquise dans un établissement de luxe (hôtellerie, joaillerie, retail, ...).
  3. Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience acquise à l'international.
  4. Bilingue français/anglais, autre langue un atout.
  5. Maîtrise de l'outil informatique indispensable.

Doté(e) d'une excellente présentation et d'un très bon sens relationnel, votre leadership, votre rigueur et votre sens du service seront des qualités indispensables.

Autonomie, organisation, flexibilité et disponibilité seront des atouts majeurs pour ce poste.
