Reporting to the Head of Talent, the Director, Talent Experience is responsible for implementing and sustaining talent programs and initiatives crafted to achieve a best-in-class employee experience. This role supports ongoing program strategy and administration with internal and external resources to develop and deliver employee programs and recognition to a wide variety of audiences. This role coordinates, communicates, and monitors ongoing engagement opportunities and events in support of EFE’s ongoing commitment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee employee experience journey mapping, identifying key points of the employee experience.
  2. Build and maintain engagement strategy inclusive of key experiences such as new hire onboarding, recognition, and employee and leader engagement opportunities.
  3. Create culture-building communication and in-person events.
  4. Develop communication plans for program and event updates.
  5. Implement survey tools to enable key listening posts throughout the employee lifecycle.
  6. Focus on our employment brand efforts by continuing to strengthen our Employee Value Proposition.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent confirmed experience.
  2. 7-10 years of HR experience.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
  4. Must be flexible and a great teammate.
  5. Attention to detail, ability to organize work, and follow-up skills are essential to the successful performance of position responsibilities.
  6. Thorough knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  7. Very comfortable with technology and the changing nature of it.
  8. Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  9. Recognizes when issues need to be communicated.
  10. Can thoroughly research subject matter and organize it into a presentation.
  11. Position requires a high level of responsibility regarding confidential information; must always maintain confidentiality.
