  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing all phases of HVAC and clean room construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret blueprints and specifications, addressing technical challenges related to HVAC, clean room airflow, and filtration systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials and services meet project requirements.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and prepare detailed financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.


Qualifications


  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC, clean room, or mechanical construction project management.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Demonstrated local and stable work history within the Sacramento, CA region.
