As a Senior Project Manager specializing in HVAC and Clean Room systems, you will be pivotal in driving complex, precision-critical installations in Sacramento, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of HVAC and clean room construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Manage the design, installation, and commissioning of high-performance HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and medical gas systems, ensuring clean room compliance and integration with advanced building automation systems.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project success.
- Guarantee strict adherence to safety protocols, clean room standards, and mechanical construction regulations.
- Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years in commercial mechanical construction, with extensive experience managing HVAC and clean room projects.
- Proficiency in HVAC systems, clean room technologies, and building automation platforms.
- Advanced skills in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and project management tools like MS Project and Trimble AutoBid.
- Proven, local, and stable work history in Sacramento, CA, with a solid understanding of regional building codes and market trends.
