We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Channel Manager to lead and grow our eCommerce business across major online platforms, including Amazon and other dealer eCommerce partners. This role will focus on driving sales growth through data-driven analysis, strategic planning, and managing customer relationships, while ensuring adherence to policies and maintaining brand integrity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for eCommerce channels, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Manage existing eCommerce partners, including Amazon, while working toward continuous customer growth.
  • Analyze complex data sets to drive optimization and inform decision-making across all channels.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and enforce iMAP policy to protect brand integrity and profitability.
  • Oversee product information management, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across all channels.
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings, optimizing titles, descriptions, images, and product specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, Marketing) to resolve issues related to eCommerce partners.
  • Lead new product setups and updates in partnership with internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, with a proven track record in direct-to-consumer and eRetail channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities and experience driving strategic plans.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in deriving actionable insights from complex data.
  • High proficiency with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon’s Vendor Central), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and product information management systems (e.g., Salsify).
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight trips.
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours during trade/dealer shows.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be able to regularly commute to the Cincinnati headquarters.
