If you have a passion for creating impactful campaigns and a strategic mindset, we’d love for you to contribute from Day 1 in this role.Objectives of the Role • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Tobin Scientific’s mission, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support overall business goals.

• Optimize marketing budget allocation and ensure all campaigns maximize return on investment (ROI).

• Utilize market insights, competitor analysis, and performance metrics to adjust strategies for continual growth.


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring effective brand positioning and consistent messaging.

• Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting clear objectives, providing feedback, and fostering professional growth.

• Conduct competitor and consumer research to identify emerging trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Coordinate with Sales and other departments to ensure that marketing efforts align with business objectives and client needs.

• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, PR firms, and content creators.

• Attend industry events to represent Tobin Scientific, increase visibility, and generate leads, followed by post-event analysis.


Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.

• At least 7-10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a demonstrated track record of successful campaign leadership.

• Proficiency in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM strategies.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and budget management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex ideas into impactful messaging.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with the life sciences, biotech, or logistics industries.

• Experience with CRM tools, data analytics platforms, and other marketing software.

• A robust portfolio showcasing previous marketing successes and creative solutions.
