Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be an integral member of our patient care team, providing exceptional lifetime care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and patient education.
- Work collaboratively with our dental team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- CURRENT dental hygienist license in Wisconsin.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year.
