Job Title: Coupa Admin
Location: San Diego, CA (Remote)
Summary
- Candidate will be responsible for providing functional support responding to inquiries providing access to the application and troubleshooting configuration errors and defects.
- This role will be essential in ensuring that the Procurement system operates seamlessly and meets the needs of client
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
- Provide function and technical administration and support for Coupa
- Collaborate internally to monitor and correct integration errors identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Provide ongoing support to internal users on Coupa functionality
- Manage and maintain user access and terminations
- Processes ITSM tickets
- Stay current with new Coupa features and enhancements that impacts the organization
- Other activities as required by management
- Adhere to best practices and ensure compliance
- Maintain Confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of three years as a Coupa system administrator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support users at all levels can multitask and driven to learn and grow
- A professional who can work independently with minimal supervision and manage their time to meet deadlines
- Coupa Certification highly desirable
