The individual will also have opportunities to develop mentorship skills through supervision of junior members of the team.

  1. Lead and participate in the development of robust analytic datasets for specific investigator outcomes and translational studies to execute the aims stated in the statistical analytic plans within the stated deadlines and in accordance with the data use agreements.
  2. Supervise the Senior Research Project Manager of Data Management and Analysis and oversee her team of data abstractors and data programmer/analysts in the execution of cohort generation and analytic plans to ensure the proper processes related to medical record abstraction, quality assurance, algorithm development, and data set creation for specific studies and the coordination and management of the overall database infrastructure to support all studies.
  3. Work closely with Director of Cohort and Translational Research, Principal Scientist of Translational Research, and Associate Director of Translational Research to ensure coordination with the Breast Oncology’s research activities.
