We are looking for an Amazon Vendor Deductions Specialist to take ownership of one of our core business areas. If you have experience in ecommerce fee recovery and enjoy driving operational improvements, this role will give you the opportunity to directly contribute to our success. You’ll work alongside our internal teams and external partners, refining processes and delivering top-tier results for our clients.


What You’ll Do

  • Amazon Vendor Central Expert: Utilize your knowledge of Amazon’s deduction and recovery systems to enhance our recovery strategies and maximize client outcomes.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and Amazon, handling negotiations and resolving disputes efficiently. Partner with our client success team to boost engagement and identify new recovery opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our operational workflows, introducing innovative solutions to maintain Refund Hawk’s leadership in the field.
  • Operational Efficiency: Focus on refining processes to enhance productivity and promote a culture of operational excellence, ensuring that all recovery efforts are optimized.
  • Industry Research: Stay current with trends and developments in Amazon Vendor Central to keep our services cutting-edge, contributing to our product development and service evolution.
