Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Outside Sales Marketing Manager at Continental Siding. The role involves overseeing Field Marketing promoters, engaging in day-to-day sales and marketing activities, building customer relationships, and promoting the company's products and services.
Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Experience in developing sales teams
- 100 % Travel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the home improvement industry is a plus
Essential Duties:
- Manage In-Field Promotional team to achieve Lead goals set by the company
- Scheduling weekly objectives for the team by utilizing tools, and systems provided
- Hold daily and weekly meetings with the Team to review objectives
- Locating and scheduling staff for all events
- Generate Leads and assist Team with generating leads
- Hold team members accountable for all objectives set
- Travel to onsite events
- Hire and Train new hires
- Other duties as assigned
Pay: $40,000 per year, plus uncapped bonus potential (Team and Individual bonus plan)
Hours: 40-hour work week with flexibility for up to three weekends per month. The final schedule will be coordinated with your manager.
