Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with an emphasis on budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
  • Experience with ERP systems (Great Plains = a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Supervisory experience or ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities:



  • Lead and prepare budget plans for each branch.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and performance indicator reports.
  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheets.
  • Oversee full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and lookups.
  • Manage the Chart of Accounts in Great Plains (ERP system).
  • Coordinate sales and use tax returns.
  • Supervise and mentor two Staff Accountants.
