Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Account Manager located in Bel Air, MD with flexibility for remote work. The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for managing current client accounts and providing excellent customer service to clients. They will also service insurance products, assist clients with claims and policy changes, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications


  • Account Management skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Insurance industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Insurance Property & Casualty License a plus or willing to obtain license within 90 Days
  • Certifications such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU are a plus
