RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES
- Leadership: Embrace company values and leadership principles, lead and develop a high performing team, and nurture high levels of employee engagement.
- Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- User Journey: Oversee the entire eCommerce user journey, from product discovery to purchase and post-purchase support.
- Team Development: Develop a highly effective cross-functional team, including colleagues responsible for website development, digital marketing, promotions, product management, pricing, sales, Member service, and order fulfillment.
- Site Optimization: Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates through A/B testing, observation of user behavior, data analysis, and strong collaboration with colleagues in other departments.
- Stay up-to-date with eCommerce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7+ years eCommerce and leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience in home security or a similarly complex eCommerce environment involving the customization of product order, subscription plan, installation, and financing.
- Performance marketing experience, including reporting of KPIs.
- Marketing plan development experience.
- Budget management experience.
- Product management experience.
- Go-to-market product launch experience.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Masters degree in a related field.
