Robotic Process Automation Developer

The Lab is a medium-sized, rapidly growing management consulting, automation implementation, and data science company in the Galleria area of Houston. We are a tight knit group that serves customers all around the country, and the world, by implementing solutions that solve emerging business problems. There is plenty of room for upward mobility at The Lab - but we earn it together. Work hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday.
We are seeking robotic process automation developer who is passionate about developing to join the growing RPA practice. The person we seek has previous experience in developing UiPath RPA or Microsoft Power Automate. We will train the right individual if you do not have RPA experience - you just have to be willing to learn
The RPA developer will work hand in hand with our data science teams on a daily basis to implement automations that drastically impact our client's businesses. The RPA developer will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing and documenting business processes, developing use cases and configuring RPA solutions.
Simultaneously, you will help senior management further standardize the service offerings and related work product with the objectives of: reducing bot implementation cycle time. As you become more familiar with our processes, you will also contribute to the refinement and extension of our findings and tools database/website which includes benchmarks, best practices, bot sequences and thousands of business process maps.
