Job Summary:
JumpCrew is seeking a high-potential, driven individual to apprentice under our CEO, supporting strategic initiatives across various facets of the business. This role is perfect for someone eager to accelerate their professional growth and gain insight into executive-level decision-making, cross-departmental collaboration, and product development.
As the CEO Apprentice, you will be involved in identifying and analyzing growth opportunities, supporting high-stakes meetings, and executing key initiatives—all while gaining a hands-on understanding of company operations, strategy, and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO by managing workflows, priorities, and project initiatives to streamline executive operations
- Collaborate with product and development teams, contributing to ideation and aligning product direction with the company’s overarching goals
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and analyses to support data-driven decision-making
- Attend key meetings, capturing actionable takeaways, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-through
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas to inform company strategy
- Build relationships across departments to ensure alignment and drive cross-functional goals
Requirements:
- Strong academic background, ideally in business, management, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Exceptional communication skills with high attention to detail
