Job Overview:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of the technology talent market, helping clients secure the industry’s best talent. In this role, you will work closely with senior consultants, supporting them in their day-to-day activities, learning best practices, and gaining hands-on experience in recruitment processes. Your involvement will be critical to ensuring smooth operations and effective service for our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Use various platforms, databases, and networking techniques to identify and engage with skilled technology professionals.
- Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a good fit for client requirements.
- Sales and Business Development: Generate new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients and expanding our network within the tech sector.
- Daily Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to senior consultants, helping with candidate shortlisting, market research, scheduling interviews, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on technology trends and recruitment best practices to advise clients and candidates effectively.
