Position Title: Japanese Language Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC ( Onsite )

Duration: 3+ months with a high possibility of extension


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis related to the project.
  • Create clear, concise, and engaging content in Japanese for various mediums, including articles, reports, presentations, and online resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments in your field of expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of content strategies and initiatives.
  • Deliver timely project data at the highest possible quality standard.
  • Quickly learn new project requirements and meet desired productivity and accuracy levels.
  • Communicate and participate in project forums and meetings.
  • Optimize existing processes and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes.
  • Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction, and help drive programs to improve metrics.
  • Understand and apply project/stakeholder requirements.
  • Generate project analysis reports as needed.
  • Adapt swiftly to changes in project policies.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in the Japanese language.
  • Deep understanding of Japanese culture.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical thinking and independent decision-making skills.
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to understand and carry out allocated tasks and responsibilities in a timely and consistent manner, delivering results that exceed standards.
  • Proficiency in using computers.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data feeds and flows for the process and produce, review, and record quarterly results.
