Guidewire Data Analyst

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Data Analyst Lead with a robust background in Guidewire platforms and data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to oversee requirement gathering, solution design, and development for Guidewire applications, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

Experience Requirements:

· Professional Experience: A total of 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 4–6 years dedicated to Guidewire.

· Guidewire Proficiency: Proven proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter modules.

· Data Analysis: Strong expertise in data analysis and model development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements through workshops and discussions.

2. Design Documentation: Create comprehensive design documents for project implementation.

3. Software Configuration Management: Manage software configurations, including branch creation, tagging, and merging.

4. Build and Deployment Oversight: Oversee application builds and deployments across various environments.

5. Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure compliance with metrics.

6. Guidewire Customization: Write pseudo-code and customize the Guidewire product to meet business needs.

7. Data Model Development: Develop data models and business logic rules to enhance system functionality.

8. UI Design and LOB Mapping: Design and implement PCF screens (user interfaces) and perform Line of Business (LOB) mapping.

9. System Localization: Adapt the system for localization to support different regions and languages.

10. Gosu Programming: Utilize Gosu programming for class development and enhancements.

11. Unit Testing: Prepare and execute unit test cases (UTCs) to ensure code quality.

12. Peer Reviews and Mentorship: Conduct peer reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
