About the job:-
We are seeking a Guidewire Architect with a strong background in Guidewire PolicyCenter nd cloud-based environments . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the end-to-end implementation of Guidewire solutions , advanced integration skills, and hands-on expertise in configuration and performance optimization. The role also requires solid communication and stakeholder management skills to resolve technical requirements, guide planning and estimations, and ensure alignment with Guidewire standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guidewire PolicyCenter Expertise: Certified professional with a deep understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter, including advanced integration mechanisms, rules, configurations, and admin data management.
  • Technical Standards and DevOps: Ensure adherence to coding standards, branching, and merging strategies, and Guidewire best practices; collaborate closely with DevOps teams.
  • Configuration and Performance Optimization: Configure applications with clustering and database setups; monitor and fine-tune performance.
  • Agile Methodology: Leverage SAFe Agile methodologies for project delivery and streamline end-to-end implementation processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding dependencies, timelines, and technical requirements.
  • Insurance Suite Knowledge: Strong background in insurance suites, particularly in refining and meeting requirements within the Guidewire ecosystem.
  • Cloud and DevOps Proficiency: Experience with public cloud environments, as well as an understanding of compliance, regulatory needs, and DevOps CI/CD processes.
  • Test Data and Security Management: Handle test data, create tooling for data masking, and manage data transfer protocols from testing to production.
  • Vendor Integration and Troubleshooting: Resolve integration challenges with third-party vendor products, ensuring robust monitoring and logging solutions.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter and Cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology and development lifecycle processes
  • Ability to manage compliance and regulatory requirements for Guidewire onboarding
  • Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD processes and secure data handling practices
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills
  • Certification: ACE (Guidewire Certified Professional)
