About JobAs a Product Marketing Manager at Kula, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's product positioning and marketing strategies. This is a remote role (with the option of hybrid in SF), ideally suited for individuals based in the Pacific Time Zone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and growth. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to create and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing competitor data, and developing compelling content to engage our target audience.
Skills & Qualification5+ years of experience in product marketing with a focus on product positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
Strong understanding of market research and analysis methods, including the ability to gather and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver engaging content, including collateral, webinars, and presentation.
Proven track record of success in product launches, including the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive product adoption and growth.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, with a strong focus on cross-team collaboration and communication.
Experience in content marketing, including the development and execution of content marketing campaigns and strategies.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
Solid understanding of marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email, and content marketing.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute product marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
Lead the development and implementation of product marketing plans to drive awareness and adoption in the North American market, leveraging expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
Develop and execute competitive analysis to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and growth.
Develop and deliver compelling content, including product marketing materials, webinars, and presentations, to engage our target audience.
Manage and execute product launches, including the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive product adoption and growth.
Conduct sales enablement activities to support sales teams and drive product adoption and growth.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and data to inform marketing strategies and optimize marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge and expertise to drive business growth and customer engagement.
