About the Role

The analyst will have primary responsibility for financial analysis and modeling across all product types. This role will have exposure to new developments, value-add acquisitions, and ongoing asset management across the country. A successful applicant will have expertise in both Argus Enterprise, Excel, and PowerPoint. The candidate will be a high-potential individual with a substantial opportunity to take on further responsibilities as the company grows. The position offers direct exposure to executive team with ad hoc projects for Principals and Partners at the firm.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain asset models for underwriting, projection, reporting, and valuation purposes
  • Create detailed asset-level reporting, as well as investment committee memorandum as necessary
  • Perform analysis on potential lease deals and compare to underwriting
  • Assist in the Due Diligence and Closing process for new acquisitions/developments
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for capital partners
  • Create effective written and multimedia presentations to communicate with lenders and investors
  • Perform detailed market research and analysis


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
  • 1-3 years of commercial real estate and underwriting experience with a developer/owner or advisory firm
  • High proficiency in Excel, Argus, PowerPoint
  • Eagerness to work hard in a less structured, small team environment
  • Solution-oriented with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and add value
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
