Sr. Inside Sales Support

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Sales Support Coordinator to join our rapidly growing company. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to a top-performing sales representative, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between the sales team, customers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM systems. We are seeking a meticulous professional with a strong focus on accuracy and a proactive approach to minimizing errors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Provide administrative and operational support to a high-level sales representative, managing day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Quote Creation & Pricing Strategies: Develop accurate quotes based on pricing models and strategies, ensuring that all quotes are correct, timely, and meet both internal and customer expectations.
- Customer and Manufacturer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and manufacturers by providing prompt, professional communication and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams including sales, technical operations, and finance teams to ensure customer information, orders, quotes, and pricing align with organizational goals.
- Attention to Detail & Organization: Handle multiple tasks with extreme mindfulness and impeccable organization, ensuring accuracy in quotes, pricing, and data entry.
- Professional Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and customers, ensuring that all interactions are professional and aligned with company values.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
· Previous work history in the IT industry a plus.
- Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and quote management.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise).
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed to assist with urgent customer or sales rep requests that may arise outside of regular business hours.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Total Compensation $80k-$120k
