About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical Unit at Rochester Regional Health. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care and Service: Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, and providing physical, educational, and emotional support to patients, friends, and families.
  • Documentation: Ensure concise, pertinent, and complete documentation using computerized medical record processes.
  • Preparation: Ensure clinical areas are properly supplied and exam rooms are available and stocked.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing or equivalent required.
  • Current LPN licensure in the State of New York.
  • BLS Certification from American Heart Association.
