The Licensed Practical Nurse is a key member of the care delivery team. The Licensed Practical Nurse communicates the needs of the patient and the team; collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, takes direction from the RN and delegates appropriately to the other members of the team.OUR HOSPITAL & UNIT:United Memorial Medical Center (UMMC) has been serving residents of Genesee County and surrounding rural communities since its inception as Batavia Hospital in 1902.
