Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Healthcare Architect to lead their strategic expansion in the healthcare sector. This key position will oversee all phases of healthcare projects, from initial planning to final construction, and will play a crucial role in enhancing the firm's healthcare portfolio.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of healthcare projects, including programming, planning, design, documentation, and construction.
  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage relationships with partners and consultants, including engineering firms, contractors, construction firms, and material vendors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify and secure new project opportunities.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working on healthcare projects.
  • Architectural registration is required with a current license.
  • LEED Green Associate Accreditation is preferred but not mandatory.
