Job Description

The Senior Healthcare Architect will play a key leadership role in driving our healthcare initiatives, overseeing all phases of healthcare architecture projects, from initial planning and design to construction oversight. This position will be responsible for managing project teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality of healthcare projects, while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, focusing on their satisfaction and project outcomes.



Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring effective coordination with partners, including engineering firms, contractors, construction companies, and material vendors.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client needs, with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
  • Support marketing and business development teams in identifying and securing new healthcare projects, with a focus on business development and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, with a focus on effective communication and conflict resolution.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working on healthcare architecture projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong technical expertise, with a focus on healthcare architecture, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Architectural registration with a current, active license is required, and LEED Green Associate Accreditation is preferred but not mandatory.


Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
