Overview: Our client is looking for a talented and versatile designer to join their team on a 12-month contract. This role will focus primarily (75%) on designing sales enablement materials such as presentations, brochures, one-pagers, flyers, and promotional emails, with the remaining 25% on supporting larger campaign materials like banners, landing pages, longer form content, and digital assets. The designer will collaborate closely with their campaigns team and writer to deliver visually compelling and effective materials that align with their enterprise marketing strategy for connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Enablement Design: Create engaging and polished design assets for sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product sheets, case studies, and promotional emails that support our enterprise sales team. Ensure the designs are on-brand and aligned with our overall marketing strategy.

• Email Design: Design effective email campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement. This includes email templates, promotional emails, nurture sequences, and email layout designs that follow best practices for conversion.

• Campaign Materials Design: Support the creation of campaign assets, such as banner ads, social media visuals, infographics, digital ad creatives, and landing pages, working closely with the campaign team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent design language and ensure that all materials adhere to brand guidelines across various channels and mediums.

• Collaboration: Work alongside the campaigns team and marketing writer to translate messaging into compelling visuals. Ensure that design elements enhance the overall story, clarity, and call-to-action for each piece of content.

• Adaptability to Various Formats: Be comfortable designing for various formats and platforms, including web, email, print, and social media, ensuring all designs are optimized for their intended use and platform.

• Feedback & Iteration: Receive and implement feedback quickly, balancing multiple projects at different stages of the design process while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

• Production-Ready Designs: Ensure all design work is delivered in production-ready formats with proper specifications for digital or print outputs, ensuring smooth handoffs to developers, printers, or the internal team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Sales Enablement Design: Proven ability to design sales materials that aid in the conversion process, such as pitch decks, product brochures, and sales emails, with a focus on B2B enterprise customers.

• Email Design Expertise: Strong experience in designing high-impact emails, with knowledge of best practices for layout, visual hierarchy, and responsive design across different email clients.

• Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with email design for Pardot is a plus.

• Familiarity with Marketing & Campaign Design: Experience creating digital assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including banners, social media visuals, and landing pages.

• Creative and Conceptual Thinker: Ability to take ideas and concepts from marketing and turn them into innovative, visually appealing designs that drive engagement.

• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring designs are pixel-perfect, and adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements.

• Collaborative & Flexible: Strong team player who can work effectively with different departments and stakeholders. Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.

• Experience in B2B & Enterprise Marketing: Prior experience designing for enterprise technology or connectivity solutions companies is highly desired, with an understanding of the needs and preferences of large enterprise customers.

• Time Management & Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working under tight deadlines while maintaining flexibility to shift priorities as needed.
