JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for creating and implementing images and visual presentations that support our company goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

·        Design and produce graphic art and visual materials for both print and digital media

·        Ensure layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards, following best practices

·        Establish visuals that communicate to target audiences, and effectively market our products with specific objectives across different channels

·        Create and execute design solutions and collateral used for marketing, advertising, sales, and other forms of communication

·        Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders from conceptualization to delivering projects on time and within budget

·        Support social media and online platforms by creating and selecting images and designs

·        Work with leadership to develop creative direction to meet objectives for advertising and communication

·        Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

COMPETENCIES

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Proficient/Expert with Microsoft Office and Adobe suite

·        Technically Savvy

·        Knowledge of color, composition, and typography

·        Ability to gather customer and market insights to inform marketing design strategies

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

·        There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

·        This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanner, filing cabinets and fax machines.

·        The employee will also spend time in the warehouse which involves the employee to be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving parts and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment can be moderate to loud.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.

·        This job requires the employee to occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or stand for periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

USUAL WORKING HOURS

·        Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

·        Capability to work extended hours if necessary.

TRAVEL

·        There is no travel required for this position.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

·        Bachelor’s Degree in design, marketing, or related field

·        2+ years of experience with graphic design

·        Proven experience developing visuals for marketing plans and campaigns
