The role:
This role involves managing investor relationships, supporting capital-raising initiatives, and overseeing communication strategies for our credit operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices, and will help position the company as a leader in the private credit space.
Responsibilities:
- Fundraising & Investor Development: Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices.
- Investor Relations: Act as primary contact for investor inquiries, provide performance updates, and manage investor communications.
- Funding Analysis & Liquidity Management: Collaborate with finance and treasury teams to align funding strategies with credit operations.
- Marketing & Investor Events: Create investor materials, coordinate events, and conduct market research.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare quarterly reports, ensure accuracy, and manage due diligence materials.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, or credit operations.
- Proven ability in financial analysis, funding management, and investor communications, especially in loan or credit sectors.
- Experience pitching prospective investors and managing fund raising efforts.
- Experience in fundraising and pitching to investors.
- Bachelor’s degree required (finance, business, or a related field preferred); a master’s degree in finance or certifications in financial analysis or credit management are beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in preparing investor materials and presenting complex information.
