What You’ll Do:

  • Design equipment that meets and exceeds customer expectations, from initial concept to final shipment.
  • Create parametric models based on existing 2D and 3D designs, transforming technical specs into real-world solutions.
  • Perform detailed Mechanical Engineering calculations to ensure component and assembly suitability.
  • Coordinate with designers and drafters to ensure that project designs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Interface with customers to ensure design specifications are met and any adjustments are handled seamlessly.
  • Promote continuous improvement in design practices, contributing to the evolution of our engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Warranty, Quality, and Project Management, as well as external vendors and fabricators.
  • Oversee design packages, ensuring accuracy and quality before final release.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in designing medium to large metal structures.
  • 4-8 years of engineering experience, ideally within the power generation or industrial sectors.
  • Advanced skills in parametric modeling using Inventor or SolidWorks, along with a strong understanding of AutoCAD.
  • An ability to translate complex technical and commercial specifications into physical designs that are efficient and effective.
  • A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills – you enjoy working as part of a team and solving problems together.
  • A hands-on approach to design and problem-solving, with a knack for managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to travel internationally to support projects wherever they take you.
