What You’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple, high-impact projects, ranging from $20K to $2MM+, from the initial kick-off through to the final delivery and warranty phases.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Oversee commercial and technical communication with clients and vendors, keeping everyone on the same page and the project on track.
  • Assist with scope management, budget adherence, and vendor coordination to ensure successful project execution.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional results – you take pride in your work and always strive to exceed expectations.
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, structural, mechanical) or equivalent experience in managing medium to large industrial projects.
  • 3-5 years of project management or engineering experience – you know how to lead a team and manage all aspects of a project.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills – you’re able to navigate tough conversations and find solutions that work for everyone.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and technical specs – you understand how to turn a design into a physical product.
  • Availability to travel internationally and adapt to different cultures and environments.
