The Plunge Staff employees are the face of the studio. Their mission is to create a positive environment for all members and guests by greeting everyone in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. Additionally, team members will work to sell packages and memberships to clients. We offer a highly competitive commission structure. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a great atmosphere, earn commissions, and enjoy a complimentary membership.


Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Greet and check in all members and guests
  • Answer incoming calls and questions from "walk-ins"
  • Sell memberships or packages to customers
  • Help members with questions or complaints
  • Take payments for account balances and fees
  • Perform cleaning duties
  • Reach out to current and missed leads to capture sales with provided spreadsheet


Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic
  • Passionate about fitness, health, and wellness.
  • Availability to work part-time with options of morning and/or night shifts and weekend availability.
  • Sales experience (optional but preferred)


** Availability needed: Morning and evening shifts throughout the week with occasional weekends.
