Requirement: SAF/IA Security Cooperation Program Analyst

Job Description: Forge is hiring a Security Cooperation Program Management Analyst to support the Secretary of the Air Force International Affairs (SAF/IA). The selected candidate will support SAF/IA in providing international airmen program management support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Government with the performance of International Airmen management functions and outreach.
  • Assist in the review and development of policy and publications that provide guidance on how the Air Force will select and train International Airmen.
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for requisition, selection, and training pipeline development for International Affairs Specialist (IAS) personnel.
  • Assist the Government with Career Field Management functions.
  • Provide recommendations and support SAF/IA or the management of DSCA Security Cooperation training.
  • Respond to general International Airmen development, funding, support, and metric issues as required.
  • Develop recommendations to assist with International Airmen personnel management tasks.
  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and update the IAS personnel database.
  • Assist with general IAS branch analytic tasks by gathering and analyzing data, and making relevant suggestions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Active final SECRET security clearance
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Security Cooperation programs and/or working in International Affairs
  • Bachelor's Degree

Highly Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Security Cooperation at the Headquarters Air Force level
  • Prior experience supporting SAF/IA
  • Experience with USAF IAS programs

Job: F/T

Location: Onsite two days a week at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (Washington, DC) and remote 3 days a week

Salary Range: $80k-100K/yr
