Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mechanical Assembler Location: Ewing, NJ Pay Range: $23-$25 Shift: 1st Shift What's the Job? Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly. Verify parts and materials against assembly documentation and ensure proper fit and function. Perform basic mechanical testing and inspection of completed assemblies. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S and safety standards. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred. 1-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related field. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly instructions. Proficient with hand tools, torque wrenches, and basic measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
