Summary
Seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies. The role involves collaboration with logistics teams and vendors, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely handling of deliveries in a clean, organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the shipment and receipt of all products and supplies.
- Collaborate with logistics teams, customer service, and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and update the status of shipments, ensuring accurate logs and inventory counts.
- Unload, sort, and stock receivables promptly and maintain a clean, organized area.
- Support the shipping and receiving departments as needed.
- Engage positively with vendors and drivers.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recent shipping/receiving experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Skills in crate packing, scanning, stocking, and loading operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, including outdoors as required.
Education:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
