Position Overview:


The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned healthcare construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of healthcare facility construction, including compliance with industry regulations, infection control, and patient safety considerations. This role requires a skilled communicator with a strategic mindset and a commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution for healthcare construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including infection control, patient safety, and facility-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of project management experience in construction, with a focus on healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, or medical offices).
  • Knowledge of healthcare construction regulations, including infection control and safety standards.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
