What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of network services to clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Provide Level 3 troubleshooting and resolution for cloud and on-premises network issues
- Lead and support global network projects, from planning to hands-on implementation
- Act as the technical authority for network services, guiding the Network team and clients
- Oversee the resolution of network incidents, ensuring minimal service disruptions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science, Statistics, or a quantitative discipline
- 5+ years of technical hands-on networking support experience
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams
- 5+ years of IT operational delivery support experience
- 2+ years of experience in migrating on-premises workloads to the public cloud
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both cloud and on-premises networking
- Experience in managing people and tasks in a large-scale enterprise environment
- Proven track record of driving operational teams and decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills utilizing both internal and external resources
- Familiarity with ITIL disciplines
