RN/LVN MDS Coordinator at Touchstone Communities summary:

The RN MDS Coordinator at West Oaks Nursing and Rehab Center is responsible for managing MDS assessments and ensuring compliance with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement systems. This role requires a valid Texas RN license and familiarity with state and federal regulations pertaining to clinical and financial aspects of the RAI process. Ideal candidates will have experience in skilled nursing facilities and a passion for enhancing patient care and making a meaningful impact.

West Oaks Nursing and Rehab Center RN MDS Coordinator
  • A current and valid Texas RN nursing license or valid RN license from a Compact Party State. 
  • Familiar with Reimbursement system of Medicare, Medicaid & Case Management 
  • Preferred Skilled Nursing Facility Experience as an MDS Nurse 
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, both clinical and financial as it relates to the RAI process and reimbursement systems
