ABC is seeking skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team. Position Overview:
- Specializing in community integration to achieve functional outcomes for children and families
- Encouraging collaboration between patients and their families, educators, and therapists for maximum therapeutic impact

Responsibilities
- Meet with patients for the first time in their speech journey, answering introductory questions
- Diagnose and treat speech, language, feeding, reading, and social communication disorders.
- Create treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
- Educate patients and family members about speech disorders, causes, and treatment options.
- Adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes
- Maintain excellent records of patient needs, care, and outcome
- Work closely with patients, their families, and their educators to ensure they have the knowledge and tools they need for success
- Supervise a speech and language assistant.
- Report progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
- Participate in team building and activities to promote the growth of the clinic.
- Active or provisional state license for practicing speech therapy
- Master's degree and Certificate of Clinical Competence or Clinical Fellow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills

- Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
