Overview

Reliant Rehabilitation is a leading provider of rehabilitation services for skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute hospitals. We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team.

As a Speech Language Pathologist with Reliant Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require speech and language therapy to improve their communication skills. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to help patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy to patients to improve their communication skills
  • Assess patients to determine their communication needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to patients to help them achieve their goals
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop treatment plans
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams
