Registered Nurse (RN) - Urology Clinic

Join Avera's RN Nursing Team

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Urology Clinic team. As a RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to provide professional nursing care to patients
  • Perform general nursing care, including administration of medications and treatments
  • Conduct nursing assessments and evaluations, documenting patient information
  • Provide continuity of care through verbal and written communication
  • Prepare equipment and assist providers during procedures and treatments

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program (strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota (or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure)

Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, with occasional weekend and evening hours

Compensation: $39.25 per hour (dependent on experience)
