The SEO Specialist is key to enhancing organic growth at both local and global levels, particularly within the legal, technology, and other industries. This role is designed to maximize performance through a blend of on-page SEO and conversion-focused strategies. Working closely with our in-house technical SEO team, the SEO Specialist will contribute to advanced SEO strategies that drive impactful outcomes beyond standard practices.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies that align with international SEO goals, focusing on elements like keyword optimization, meta tags, and content structure to enhance organic search visibility.
  • Conduct SEO analyses such as organic traffic audits, keyword ranking analysis, and indexation reviews to inform recommendations and address issues.
  • Perform ongoing technical SEO audits (site speed, canonicalization, redirects, XML sitemaps, hreflang), ensuring SEO best practices are implemented across projects.
  • Lead SEO aspects of website migrations, including data collection for content protection, staging audits, and post-migration monitoring.
  • Create geo-targeting recommendations to support clients’ local and international search visibility.
  • Actively identify SEO improvement areas for clients, preparing 360-degree SEO assessments to guide strategy.
  • Analyze SEO performance reports, providing actionable insights to support clients’ growth in main KPIs.
  • Stay updated on SEO industry developments, integrating AI-driven tools when applicable, to enhance workflows and strategic outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of SEO experience with expertise in both technical and on-page SEO, ideally across diverse industries with a preference for legal and technology.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics).
  • Confident in making strategic recommendations with strong presentation skills for meetings with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Ability to adapt SEO strategies as the search landscape evolves.
  • Fluent in English. Bilingual (U.S. native) or multilingual proficiency.


Desirable Skills:

Experience with content management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal).

Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with GenAI and AI Overviews, integrating these tools into SEO strategy for enhanced content and search performance.

Certifications in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or equivalent platforms.

Experience working with Software/SaaS, Translation, and/or Legal Services industries.
