Position Overview: As a Commission-Based Sales Professional, your primary focus will be generating new deals, with responsibilities including door-to-door sales, client follow-ups, and building strong, lasting relationships. You’ll have the freedom to work remotely and determine your own sales strategy, with occasional visits to our Winter Park office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to local businesses in various industries, including hospitality, healthcare, insurance, and construction.
  • Present our products and services, demonstrating how they can help clients enhance brand visibility and foster employee loyalty.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients through networking, cold-calling, and relationship-building.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to earn competitive commission payouts.
  • Collaborate with our team to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in promotional products, B2B, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating and closing sales.
  • Autonomy: The ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
  • Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Results-Oriented: Strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage clients.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to handle objections, adapt to client needs, and stay motivated in a commission-based role.
