Commercial Escrow Assistant

BC Forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Commercial Escrow Assistant for an opportunity in Irvine, CA 92612

Position Title: Commercial Escrow Assistant

Location: Irvine, CA 92612

Anticipated Start Date: 1/6/25

Expected Duration: 06 Months Contract with Possible to convert full-time

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY)], [CONTRACT], [ON-SITE]

Pay Range: $26/ hr. to $31/ hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

  • Provide support to Commercial Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.
  • Primarily same job description as Residential, except escrow process is managed for large Commercial transactions Opens orders, inputs closing statements from a worksheet prepared by Escrow Officer Prepares documents for closing and handles the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions Communicates requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions Interprets earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents require for transactions Support Commercial escrow needs.
